By using Truck Fuel Book, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Purpose of the app
Truck Fuel Book is a practical utility app for truck drivers. It is intended to help users manage trip logs, fuel calculations, work hours, expenses, reports, and backups.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including mileage, fuel values, load changes, company data, and exported or shared reports.
The app provides calculations and organizational tools, but it does not replace official accounting, legal, tax, tachograph, route compliance, or company systems.
3. Local storage and backups
Most app data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for creating backups if you want to protect your data against loss, device damage, deletion, or reset.
Google Drive backup and restore are available only in the PRO version and are started manually by the user.
4. Purchases and PRO version
The app may offer a Google Play subscription for the PRO version. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play according to Google’s policies and the terms shown at the time of purchase.
The PRO version removes ads and unlocks designated premium features such as Google Drive backup and restore.
5. Ads
The free version may display ads provided through Google AdMob. Ad availability, ad format, and ad frequency may change over time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or intended to interfere with the app, billing, ad systems, or other users.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim to keep it reliable and useful, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, or suitability for every commercial, legal, or operational use case.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-related damages arising from use of the app, inability to use the app, data loss, backup loss, or calculation errors.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated version.
